Arthur, Darrell & Jing LLC grew out of a shared philosophy of practice between Arthur Yap, Darrell Low, and Ong Hui Jing – that good lawyering is personal.
They share a belief in approaching legal work with rigour, sound judgement, and a strong sense of responsibility for the matters entrusted to them. They also believe that good legal advice should be clear, practical, and focused on what matters, without unnecessary complexity. That common outlook led them to establish the firm.
Today, Arthur, Darrell & Jing LLC offers legal solutions across various practice areas, including dispute resolution, restructuring and insolvency, corporate and commercial law, matrimonial matters, and private wealth. While our lawyers bring different experiences and perspectives to their respective practices, the underlying approach remains the same: to understand the client's objectives and provide advice that is legally sound, strategically considered, and practical in its application.
